BHP Group Limited 2025 Annual General Meeting Results

BHP Group Limited held its 2025 Annual General Meeting on 23 October 2025 in Melbourne, Australia. The meeting results, released via Form 6-K, included the re-election of several directors: Xiaoqun Clever-Steg, Gary Goldberg, Michelle Hinchliffe, Don Lindsay, Ross McEwan, Christine O’Reilly, Catherine Tanna, and Dion Weisler. All re-election resolutions were carried with significant majority votes.
