Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting Obligations

George Patrick Jones, Chief Commercial Officer of Biofrontera Inc., has executed a Limited Power of Attorney appointing several individuals as his attorneys-in-fact for Section 16 reporting obligations. The attorneys-in-fact are authorized to prepare, execute, and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 with the SEC on behalf of Jones. They are also empowered to obtain necessary codes and passwords for electronic filings, seek transaction information from third parties, and perform other related acts. Jones acknowledges that the attorneys-in-fact will act in their discretion and that he remains responsible for compliance with the Exchange Act. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until revoked by Jones in writing.
