Limited Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting Obligations

David Barse, a director of Better Home & Finance Holding Co, has granted a Limited Power of Attorney to Andrew Holt, Assistant General Counsel of the company, and other designated officers. This power of attorney authorizes them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144 on behalf of Barse in compliance with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to obtain EDGAR codes, seek transaction information from third parties, and perform any other actions deemed necessary for compliance. The power of attorney remains in effect until Barse is no longer required to file these forms or until it is revoked in writing.
