Brunswick Corporation Announces Redemption of Senior Notes

On October 31, 2025, Brunswick Corporation issued a notice of full redemption for its 6.500% Senior Notes due 2048 and a notice of partial redemption for its 6.375% Senior Notes due 2049. The full redemption of the 2048 Notes involves all $185.0 million principal amount outstanding, which will be redeemed on December 1, 2025, at a price of $25.207639 per $25.00 principal amount. The partial redemption of the 2049 Notes involves $15.0 million principal amount, also to be redeemed on December 1, 2025, at a price of $25.203646 per $25.00 principal amount. Following the redemption, no 2048 Notes will remain outstanding, and $215 million aggregate principal amount of 2049 Notes will remain outstanding. The total redemption price for all Notes being redeemed is $201.7 million.
