Power of Attorney for Shaun Greening

Shaun Greening, Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) of Beasley Broadcast Group Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Chris Ornelas as his attorney-in-fact. This authorization allows Ornelas to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on behalf of Greening in compliance with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
