Bally's Corporation Extends Lincoln Open Call Date

Bally's Corporation has filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to provide an update on the Contribution Agreement related to its Twin River Lincoln Casino & Hotel. The original agreement, dated September 6, 2022, granted GLP Capital, L.P. the right to cause Bally's and its subsidiaries to contribute the casino and hotel to GLP for $735.0 million starting October 1, 2026. On October 28, 2025, Bally's, its applicable subsidiaries, and GLP entered into an amendment to the Contribution Agreement, extending the Lincoln Open Call Date to October 1, 2028. This amendment is subject to the terms and conditions of the Contribution Agreement, including receipt of all required governmental approvals.
