Power of Attorney for Gregory Lucier

Gregory Lucier, a director of Avantor, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Steven Eck, Scott Baker, and Trevor Begg as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to act on his behalf in matters related to his EDGAR account, including making electronic filings with the SEC, managing his account, and executing Forms 3, 4, and 5 in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
