Andrew Fredrickson, Interim CFO of Aviat Networks, Inc., has granted a Power of Attorney to Peter Tomkie and Erin Boase. This authorization allows them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5, and any amendments thereto, on his behalf under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary acts related to these filings, including timely submission to the SEC and relevant stock exchanges.
