Power of Attorney for Tyler Dean Goode

Tyler Dean Goode, SVP, Corporate Controller & PAO of Athene Holding Ltd., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Joseph B. Cohen, Ira L. Rosenblatt, and Gloria Lee as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to prepare and submit Form ID and other necessary documents to the SEC, manage his EDGAR Next account, execute Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf, and perform any other related actions. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Goode is no longer required to file these forms or until it is revoked or superseded.
