Power of Attorney for Michelle Elizabeth Caron

Michelle Elizabeth Caron, Chief Financial Officer of A10 Networks, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Jill Osato, Scott Weber, and Michael Hollenbaugh as her attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to act on her behalf in various capacities, including preparing and submitting forms to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to Section 13 and Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as Rule 144 under the Securities Act of 1933. The attorneys-in-fact are also authorized to obtain information regarding transactions in the company's equity securities from third parties. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Caron is no longer required to file certain forms with the SEC, unless revoked earlier in writing.
