ASUR Announces 3Q25 Results
Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V. (ASUR) reported its financial and operational results for the third quarter of 2025. Total passenger traffic increased by 0.4% year-over-year (YoY), with variations across different regions: Mexico saw a 1.1% decline, Puerto Rico experienced a 1.1% increase, and Colombia recorded a 3.1% growth. Revenues increased by 17.1% YoY to Ps.8,765.4 million, while consolidated EBITDA declined by 1.3% YoY to Ps.4,639.4 million. The adjusted EBITDA margin decreased to 66.7% from 68.3% in 3Q24. ASUR also announced a strategic agreement to acquire Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s airport retail concessions at key U.S. airports for US$295 million, marking its entry into U.S. commercial airport operations. The company’s cash position stood at Ps.16,259.3 million as of September 30, 2025, with a Debt to LTM Adjusted EBITDA ratio of 0.2x.
