Quantum Leap Energy LLC Acquires Controlling Interest in Skyline Builders Group Holding Limited

Quantum Leap Energy LLC (QLE), a subsidiary of ASP Isotopes Inc., has acquired a controlling interest in Skyline Builders Group Holding Limited (SKBL) through a series of transactions. On August 27, 2025, QLE purchased all 1,995,000 issued and outstanding Class B Ordinary Shares of SKBL from Supreme Development (BVI) Holdings Limited for $1,000,000. This acquisition, combined with a private placement on August 29, 2025, where QLE purchased additional Class A Ordinary Shares and warrants, resulted in QLE holding 79.14% of the aggregate voting power of SKBL. The private placement raised $17,775,000, with $7,000,000 used to retire 18,500,000 Class A Ordinary Shares owned by SKBL's previous controlling shareholder. QLE intends to use SKBL to pursue opportunities in the critical materials supply chain, which it believes will benefit the United States and its long-term growth. Additionally, QLE appointed two new independent directors to SKBL's board.
