Arqit Quantum Inc. Settles Class Action Lawsuit for $7 Million

Arqit Quantum Inc. has reached a settlement agreement for $7 million in a previously disclosed putative class action lawsuit filed against the company and certain directors in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. The settlement is pending documentation and court approval. Assuming court approval, the company will seek dismissal of a related lawsuit filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, which has been stayed pending final adjudication of the federal action.
