Ares Capital Corporation Q3 2025 Financial Results and Dividend Declaration

Ares Capital Corporation announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company reported GAAP net income of $404 million, or $0.57 per share, and Core EPS of $0.50. The company also declared a fourth quarter 2025 dividend of $0.48 per share, payable on December 30, 2025, to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2025. During the quarter, Ares Capital made new investment commitments of approximately $3.9 billion, with $3.0 billion funded. The company exited approximately $2.6 billion of investment commitments.
