This Schedule 13G filing is submitted on behalf of Mitchell P. Kopin, Daniel B. Asher, and Intracoastal Capital LLC, collectively referred to as the Reporting Persons. As of September 5, 2025, the Reporting Persons may have been deemed to beneficially own 143,336 shares of Common Stock of Applied DNA Sciences, Inc., representing approximately 9.99% of the outstanding shares. The shares are issuable upon the exercise of a warrant held by Intracoastal Capital LLC.
