2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders Results

On October 27, 2025, American Outdoor Brands, Inc. held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The meeting included the election of six directors: Barry M. Monheit, Bradley T. Favreau, Mary E. Gallagher, Gregory J. Gluchowski, Jr., Luis G. Marconi, and Brian D. Murphy. Each director was elected with a majority of votes.
