Power of Attorney for Troy Coleman at Allegro MicroSystems, Inc.

Troy Coleman, SVP and General Manager of Products at Allegro MicroSystems, Inc., has appointed several individuals as his attorneys-in-fact to manage his securities filings with the SEC. This Power of Attorney allows the appointed individuals to prepare, execute, and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on Coleman's behalf, as required by Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also authorized to manage Coleman's EDGAR account, including appointing and removing account administrators, maintaining account security, and certifying the accuracy of account information. This Power of Attorney will remain in effect until Coleman is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
