Alico, Inc. Enters into Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation

Alico, Inc. will provide funding to FDOT, with an initial deposit of $5,071,439.33 within fourteen days of the agreement's execution. Additional funds will be advanced if project costs increase, and any excess funds will be refunded upon project completion. The agreement will remain in effect until the project is completed and FDOT provides a final accounting. This initiative is part of the Corkscrew Villages Project in eastern Collier County.
