Power of Attorney for Zsuzsanna Major

Zsuzsanna Major, the Chief People Officer of Kodiak AI, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Jordan Coleman, Bobby Brown, and Edwin Anglin as her attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to act on her behalf in matters related to the filing of Schedules 13D and 13G, Form ID, Forms 3, 4, and 5, and Form 144 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Major is no longer required to file these forms or until she revokes it in writing. This document supersedes any prior Power of Attorney related to her role as an officer and/or director of the company.
