Power of Attorney for Surajit Datta

Surajit Datta, the Chief Financial Officer of Kodiak AI, Inc., has granted a Power of Attorney to Jordan Coleman, Bobby Brown, and Edwin Anglin. This authorization allows them to act on his behalf in executing and filing various SEC forms, including Schedules 13D and 13G, Form ID, Forms 3, 4, and 5, and Form 144. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Datta is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing. This document supersedes any prior Power of Attorney related to Datta's role as an officer and/or director of the company.
