Mohamed Elshenawy, a director of Kodiak AI, Inc., has granted a power of attorney to Jordan Coleman, Bobby Brown, and Edwin Anglin. This power allows them to act on his behalf in executing and filing various SEC forms, including Schedules 13D and 13G, Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144, as well as Form ID.
