Power of Attorney for Kenneth Goldman at Kodiak AI, Inc.

Kenneth Goldman, a director of Kodiak AI, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Jordan Coleman, Bobby Brown, and Edwin Anglin as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to act on his behalf in matters related to the filing of Schedules 13D and 13G, Form ID, Forms 3, 4, and 5, and Form 144 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and any stock exchange or similar authority. The Power of Attorney also permits them to perform any necessary acts to complete and execute these forms and to take any other actions deemed beneficial or legally required. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Goldman is no longer required to file these forms or until it is revoked in writing. This document supersedes any prior Power of Attorney related to Goldman's role as an officer and/or director of the company.
