Power of Attorney for Jordan S. Coleman

Jordan S. Coleman, Chief Legal and Policy Officer of Kodiak AI, Inc., has granted a Power of Attorney to Bobby Brown and Edwin Anglin. This authorization allows them to act on Coleman's behalf in executing and filing various SEC forms, including Schedules 13D and 13G, Form ID, Forms 3, 4, and 5, and Form 144.
