Power of Attorney for Andreas Wendel

Andreas Wendel, Chief Technology Officer of Kodiak AI, Inc., has granted a Power of Attorney to Jordan Coleman, Bobby Brown, and Edwin Anglin. This authorization allows them to execute and file various SEC forms on his behalf, including Schedules 13D and 13G, Form ID, Forms 3, 4, and 5, and Form 144. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Wendel is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing. This document supersedes any prior Power of Attorney related to his role at Kodiak AI, Inc.
