Form 8-K Filing: Officer Change and Compensation Update

Jennifer Rock will retire as Zillow Group, Inc.'s Chief Accounting Officer effective September 17, 2026, but will remain in an advisory role until March 1, 2027. Her retirement is not due to any disagreements. Rikki Tremblay has been appointed as the new Principal Accounting Officer, effective September 17, 2026. Ms. Tremblay, who has been with Zillow since 2014, will receive an increased annual base salary of $400,000 and an equity award valued at $500,000, vesting over four years. She will also enter into the company's standard indemnification agreement.
