YY Group Holding Limited Acquisition of Xtreme Solution Pte. Ltd.

YY Group Holding Limited has acquired a 95% stake in Xtreme Solution Pte. Ltd. for 4.5 million Singapore Dollars. The payment was made through a combination of cash (S$900,000) and company stock (Class A ordinary shares valued at S$3.6 million). The acquisition was completed on August 3, 2026, with the company taking possession of the sale shares and becoming a 95% shareholder. As part of the agreement, YY Group Holding Limited also entered into a shareholders' agreement and a non-competition deed. The company has made a partial cash payment of S$600,000, with the remaining S$300,000 due by November 2, 2026. Audited financial statements for Xtreme Solution Pte.
