YPF Sociedad Anónima Repurchases Class XXVII Notes

Between September 21 and September 25, 2026, YPF S.A. repurchased Class XXVII Notes (YMCTO) with a par value of US$7,961,386 for a total amount of Ps. 12,092,845,940.60. These notes were originally issued in October 2023 with a nominal value of US$127,904,997 and mature in October 2026. The repurchase occurred at an average price of 99.87% of their nominal value and the notes will be held in portfolio.
