Clear Secure, Inc. has announced changes in its executive team. Michael Barkin, President and Board member, will transition to an advisory role on October 15, 2026, and resign from the Board. He will serve as an advisor until December 31, 2026, for a fee of $300,000 per month. This transition is not due to any disagreement. Separately, Kyle McLaughlin, EVP, Aviation, has resigned to pursue other opportunities, with his last day being October 2, 2026. The company is seeking a successor for his role.
