Planet Image International Limited Executes Letter of Guarantee for Subsidiary Loan

Planet Image International Limited has executed a letter of guarantee in favor of Bank of Communications. This guarantee is for loans and bank acceptance agreements totaling RMB 30 million entered into by its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Yibo E-Tech Co., Ltd. The guarantee, effective from April 21, 2026, through June 20, 2027, ensures joint liability for Jiangxi Yibo's obligations until the principal and interest are fully repaid. The Company's board of directors has approved this action. The Letter of Guarantee is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to the Form 6-K report.
