XPENG INC. Proposed Amendments to Memorandum and Articles of Association

XPeng Inc. announced proposed amendments to its existing Memorandum and Articles of Association and the adoption of new ones. These changes are intended to comply with the Core Shareholder Protection Standards and the Corporate Governance Code, including provisions for virtual general meetings with electronic voting and updated terms for the nomination committee. Housekeeping changes are also included. The proposed amendments require shareholder approval via special resolution at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
