Warner Music Group Corp. Announces Leadership Changes
Warner Music Group Corp. (WMG) has announced a significant change in its executive leadership. Armin Zerza has stepped down from his positions as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for personal reasons, effective July 31, 2026. He will remain with the company to ensure a smooth transition. WMG has begun a search for a new CFO. Louis Dickler, currently SVP, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed as the Acting CFO. This is not Mr. Dickler's first time in this role, as he previously served as Acting CFO from November 2021 to February 2022. Concurrently, Tom Corson, Co-Chairman and COO of Warner Records, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Warner Music Group, effective July 31, 2026.
