SEALSQ Invests €15M in Quobly's Quantum Computing Series A Round

WISeKey International Holding AG's subsidiary SEALSQ Corp has invested €14,999,400 in Quobly SAS, a French quantum computing company, as part of a €115 million Series A financing round. The investment was made through SEALSQ's Quantum Fund and closed on June 2, 2026. As part of the transaction, SEALSQ received anti-dilution ratchet warrants and the right to appoint one member to Quobly's supervisory board, with CEO Carlos Moreira taking that seat. The investment strengthens the strategic partnership between the companies, which began in November 2025, focusing on integrating post-quantum cryptography and hardware security into silicon-based quantum architectures. The collaboration aims to develop secure quantum computing systems for defense, finance, energy, and critical infrastructure applications.
