Vodafone Greece & PPC Group Proposed Fibre JV

Vodafone Greece and PPC Group have entered into heads of terms to form a 50:50 joint venture (JV) comprising their respective fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) networks and wholesale fibre businesses in Greece. The combined networks currently cover over 1.6 million homes. The JV aims to provide wholesale open-access services to internet service providers in Greece. The formation of the JV is contingent upon due diligence, agreement on binding documentation, and customary conditions, including regulatory approvals. There is no certainty that the transaction will be finalized. Vodafone expects to provide further updates in due course.
