Telefônica Brasil S.A. Announces Interest on Capital Distribution

Telefônica Brasil S.A. announced on June 15, 2026, the approval of Interest on Capital (IoC) distribution amounting to R$230,000,000.00 before tax. This distribution, based on the May 31, 2026 balance sheet, will be subject to a 17.5% withholding income tax, resulting in a net amount of R$189,750,000.00. The IoC is considered part of the mandatory dividends for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, pending approval at the 2027 Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting. Shareholders of record on June 26, 2026, will receive the payment, with shares trading ex-IoC thereafter. The payment is scheduled for distribution by April 30, 2027. Shareholders subject to differentiated withholding tax regimes or exemptions must provide necessary documentation by July 3, 2026, to Banco Bradesco S.A. The amount per share may be adjusted due to the ongoing Share Buyback Program.
