Vista Energy Share Repurchase

On July 30, 2026, Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. repurchased 50,000 Series A shares at a price of Mexican Pesos $1,181.40 per share. This action was in line with the approval from the general ordinary shareholders' meeting on April 28, 2026. The total cost of the repurchased shares, before fees and taxes, was approximately Mexican Pesos $59,070,000.
