Vista Energy Share Repurchase

On August 10, 2026, Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. repurchased 50,000 Series A shares at a price of Mexican Pesos $1,172.55 per share. This action was in line with the approval from the shareholders' meeting on April 28, 2026. The total cost of the repurchased shares, excluding fees and taxes, was approximately Mexican Pesos $58,627,500. Following these repurchases, the number of outstanding Series A shares is 110,817,402, with 1,484,351 Series A shares held in treasury.
