U Power Limited Enters into Joint Venture and IDC Agreement for AI-Driven Energy Solutions

U Power Limited, through its newly established Hong Kong-based joint venture, Hydro Data Limited, has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. and Cloud Digital Chain Limited. Hydro Data Limited, controlled by U Power, will focus on providing AI-driven energy management solutions for data centers, initially targeting the Thai market with plans for global expansion. Furthermore, Hydro Data Limited has entered into an IDC Agreement with CEWA Group and Guofu Hydrogen Energy for the development of an integrated energy solution for a 100MW intelligence data center project in Rayong, Thailand. This project will commence with a 3MW pilot to validate technology and scalability, with U Power anticipating significant opportunities in Thailand's data center market through recurring revenue streams from system design, equipment supply, operations, and energy management.
