Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. - Rating Action by Moody's

Moody's Ratings has downgraded Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. ("Televisa")'s senior unsecured ratings and senior unsecured shelf ratings to ‘Ba2’ from ‘Ba1’. Additionally, Moody's has assigned a ‘Ba2’ corporate family rating (CFR) to Televisa. The rating outlook has been revised to Stable. Televisa, a major Mexican telecommunications company, operates extensive cable networks and a leading direct-to-home satellite pay television system. The company provides integrated services including high-speed data, video, mobile, and voice, alongside telecommunications managed services. Televisa also holds broadcast concessions and is the largest shareholder of TelevisaUnivision, Inc.
