Management Transition at TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp.

Sajal K. Srivastava has announced his intention to resign from his positions as a member of the Board of Directors and as President and Chief Investment Officer of TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp., effective December 31, 2026. He will continue in his roles during the transition period, and his resignation is not due to any disagreements with the company. The Board will decrease its size to seven members, effective the same date. Ian Schworer has been appointed as the new Chief Investment Officer, effective December 31, 2026. Schworer, who has extensive experience in venture capital and investment banking, currently holds significant roles within TriplePoint Capital and its affiliates. He will not receive direct compensation from the Company as he is an employee of TriplePoint Capital. A press release dated September 21, 2026, announced these management transitions.
