On June 11, 2026, Kartoon Studios, Inc. entered into a settlement agreement with an additional party in the lawsuit Augenbaum v. Anson Investments Master Fund LP et al. The settling party agreed to pay the company $50,000,000 minus fees and expenses of plaintiff’s counsel. The court has approved all settlement agreements, and the action continues against the two remaining defendants.
