On June 15, 2026, Talen Energy Corporation (the "Company") consummated the previously announced acquisition of certain subsidiaries that own the Lawrenceburg Power Plant, Waterford Energy Center, and Darby Generating Station. The total purchase price was $3.45 billion, consisting of approximately $2.55 billion in cash and 2,399,998 shares of the Company's common stock.
