International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. Announces Executive Appointments and Board Changes

International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. has announced significant executive leadership changes. Effective August 17, 2026, David Wiens will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Karl Hanneman, who will transition to Strategic Advisor while remaining on the Board. Shane Parrow has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, effective July 27, 2026. Both Wiens and Parrow have also been elected to the Company's Board of Directors. Wiens brings extensive financial and operational experience, having previously served as CFO for Asante Gold Corporation and Bunker Hill Mining Corp., with a background in investment banking. Parrow has a strong background in mining operations, including his recent role as Vice President & General Manager at Kinross Gold Corporation.
