Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. - Integrated NGLs Project Commercial Agreements Execution

Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (TGS) has executed commercial agreements for its Integrated NGLs Project. This project, developed by TGS and its subsidiaries Procesadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (PGS) and Midstream de Gas del Sur S.A. (MGS), involves significant investment in infrastructure to process and transport natural gas liquids (NGLs). PGS will construct a pipeline and a processing plant in Neuquén, with an estimated investment of US$1.1 billion. MGS will build a liquids pipeline, fractionation plant, and storage facilities in Bahía Blanca, with an estimated investment of US$1.9 billion, aimed at facilitating exports of approximately US$1.2 billion annually. The project is crucial for the development of the Vaca Muerta region and aims to boost the country's oil production and gas exports.
