Firy Inc. Announces Board Changes

Firy Inc. reported a change in its Board of Directors. Gary Vecchiarelli will resign from the Board, including his roles in the Audit and Compensation Committees, effective October 1, 2026. His resignation is not due to any disagreements with the company. Concurrently, Marc Lasry has been appointed to the Board as an independent director, also effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Lasry brings extensive experience in capital markets, having co-founded Avenue Capital Group and invested in companies across various industries for over 42 years. He previously invested in Firy Inc. (formerly Skillz Inc.) in 2015. Mr. Lasry will receive compensation in line with the company's non-employee director program.
