Sadot Group Inc. Announces Executive Leadership Transition

Effective September 15, 2026, Chagay Ravid has transitioned from his roles as Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer of Sadot Group Inc. He will continue to serve on the Board of Directors and has been appointed Executive Director. Michael D. Murray has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Murray brings over 25 years of experience in finance and executive leadership. His employment agreement includes an annual base salary of $200,000, eligibility for a performance bonus, and a restricted stock award valued at $100,000. Mr. Ravid's transition was by mutual agreement and did not result from any disagreements. His employment terms, including compensation and benefits, remain unchanged in his new role as Executive Director, as detailed in an amendment to his existing employment agreement.
