Ryanair Holdings plc Share Purchases

Ryanair Holdings plc announced that between March 9 and March 13, 2026, it purchased 9,920 ordinary shares for cancellation and 570,718 ordinary shares underlying American Depositary Shares. These transactions are part of the company's ongoing share buy-back program, details of which were announced on May 20, 2025. Weekly announcements will be made regarding purchases under the program. All repurchased shares will be cancelled, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
