Ryanair Holdings plc Share Purchases

Ryanair Holdings plc announced that between September 14, 2026, and September 15, 2026, the company purchased 86,499 ordinary shares for cancellation. Additionally, 50,210 ordinary shares underlying American Depositary Shares were purchased. These transactions complete the share buy-back program initially announced on May 20, 2025. All repurchased shares will be cancelled. This announcement is made in accordance with EU Regulation No 596/2014.
