Ryanair Holdings plc Share Purchases

Ryanair Holdings plc announced that between August 3, 2026, and August 7, 2026, the company repurchased 192,459 ordinary shares for cancellation. Additionally, 82,678 ordinary shares underlying American Depositary Shares were repurchased. These transactions are part of the company's ongoing share buy-back program, initiated on May 20, 2025. Weekly announcements will be made regarding purchases under this program. All repurchased shares will be cancelled, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
