Roma Green Finance Limited At the Market Offering Agreement

Roma Green Finance Limited has entered into an At the Market Offering Agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC as the sales agent. The agreement allows the company to offer and sell up to US$200,000,000 of its Class A ordinary shares through the sales agent.
