Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated announced on May 1, 2026, that a notice of redemption will be issued for all outstanding $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.75% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Debentures due 2056. These debentures, listed under the symbol "RZB" on the New York Stock Exchange, will be fully redeemed on June 15, 2026. The redemption price will be 100% of the outstanding principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including, the redemption date. Interest on the redeemed debentures will cease to accrue from the redemption date. The notice of redemption will be delivered by The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee. This announcement does not constitute a formal notice of redemption.
